Standard Features:


Single head chuck cap-placer system vertically places large caps, fitments, plugs and other types of closures that cannot be applied at an angle typical of straight line capping machines. The closure is picked by a vacuum head and then vertically placed on or into the bottle while the bottle is held in place by gripping mechanisms. Threaded caps are started on the container prior to release. The bottle handling system is an inline gating type that uses no changeparts.

Cap Tightener Integration

Because both Inline Filling Systems large cap placer and cap tightener are PLC controlled, both machines communicate together for seamless operation of placing and tightening functions. Downstream backups are communicated upstream to both machines.
