Sales Manager - Liquid Packaging Machinery Currently seeking an experienced Packaging Equipment Sales Manager to manage both direct and indirect sales of engineered liquid packaging systems to the Midwest Region.  Some travel required but most effort is in house in order to coordinate engineering effort with these projects.  Prefer candidates with direct liquid filling experience or packaging machinery sales. Candidates with production management experience in a packaging machinery environment would also be highly qualified for this position. BA degree or technical degree preferred but Inline Filling Systems also has a high degree of respect for real world experience in lieu of specific education.  However, the candidate must have appropriate business writing skills. Mechanical aptitude is also a must.  Basic computer skills required. Excellent interpersonal skills, team attitude, tolerance and kindness to all employees, and the highest standards of personal integrity, character and work ethic are absolutely required. This position pays salary and generous commission schedule based on project gross profit.  A capable manager will have a realistic six figure annual earnings plus year end performance bonus.
