COMPACT-FILLING-LINE

Elevator Cap Feeder

Fully automatic cap tightener torques caps, pumps, and trigger sprayers onto containers. (Caps and pump heads have already been placed onto the container upstream.) This unit is also often used as a retorquer after an induction seal has taken place. Heating of caps during an induction sealing process sometimes makes them become loose. The cap tightener / retorquer solves this problem.
