This automatic cap tightener torques caps, pumps, and trigger sprayers onto containers at rates limited only by how fast the operator(s) can place them on the container. Caps and pump heads have already been placed onto the container upstream.
This unit is also often used as a retorquer after an induction seal has taken place. Heating of caps during an induction sealing process sometimes makes them become loose. The cap tightener / retorquer solves this problem. This particular machine can be upgraded to a fully automatic capping machine in the future.
