Middleby Acquires Inline Filling Systems

Venice, Florida: Inline Filling Systems, along with sister companies Wild Goose Filling and Meheen, have been acquired by The Middleby Corporation (NASDAQ: MIDD), effective December 8, 2020. The company brands, which together generate $35 million in annual revenues, will allow Middleby to expand its’ reach to the specialty liquid filling systems and highly-engineered food and beverage packaging equipment.
