Automatic Inline Capper NT – NEMA IV

What does this machine do?

This is the washdown electrics version of the Automatic Inline NT capping machine. It also applies caps to a container by stripping them out of a chute in the path of the moving container and placing them over the mouth of the container.

Like the standard Inline NT model, this machine operates at capping speeds of nominally 200 containers per minute and will handle a range of cap sizes up to 120mm diameter and container size range of (height) 1-1/2″ to 15″ and (width) 1/2″ to 7″ in plastic, metal, or glass. It normally includes a full guarding package and a UL rated sealed washdown control panel.
