When a standard filling machine cannot meet your product, container, speed, environment, or line-integration requirements, IFS engineers a solution that can—designed, built, and supported from our Venice, Florida facility.

Most filling applications can be handled with proven standard equipment. Others require more. Your product may foam, string, contain particulates, attack conventional contact materials, or demand exceptional fill accuracy. Your container may have an unusual shape or handling requirement. Your production rate may fall between conventional machine platforms, or the new equipment may need to integrate precisely with an existing line, elevation, controls package, or plant layout.
That is where IFS brings additional value. We manufacture a broad range of standard and custom liquid filling systems, allowing us to engineer from proven platforms rather than starting from scratch. The result is application-specific equipment backed by established filling technology, practical engineering, and decades of packaging experience.

Product viscosity, foaming characteristics, particulates, chemistry, temperature, and accuracy requirements determine the right filling technology. IFS platforms include time gravity, overflow, servo pump, piston, peristaltic, and net-weigh filling. Systems can also be configured for corrosive products, food-grade applications, hazardous materials, and processes where cross-contamination must be minimized.
We engineer container handling and tooling around the packages you actually run—from small bottles and jars to pails, drums, and bulk containers. Change parts, guides, indexing, filling positions, and material handling can be customized to improve stability, repeatability, and changeover performance.
Filling systems can be engineered for demanding production environments, including hazardous-location applications. Where required, equipment can be designed for Class I, Division 1 environments using appropriate UL-listed components for applications involving solvents, petroleum products, paints, and other flammable materials.
Whether the requirement is a semi-automatic machine, a fully automatic system, or a path that allows production capacity to grow over time, we engineer the equipment around your current throughput and future production goals.
Filling is often only one part of the requirement. IFS can integrate rinsing, filling, capping, corking, labeling, coding, sleeving, and conveying into a complete turnkey packaging line—engineered to operate as one coordinated system with one point of accountability.
IFS has developed hundreds of machinery designs by adapting proven platforms to the realities of specific products, containers, production environments, and line requirements. Representative applications include:
Systems engineered for Class I, Division 1 environments where volatile or flammable products require specialized electrical components, controls, and machine construction.
Product-contact and machine components selected to withstand chemicals that can rapidly damage conventional equipment, including specialized plastic and fiberglass construction where appropriate.
Integrated filling, capping, labeling, coding, rinsing, and conveying systems designed and fabricated in Florida and installed for customers around the world.
Not necessarily. Because IFS custom systems are typically developed from proven machine platforms and an extensive library of existing designs, customers invest in the modifications and engineering their application requires rather than funding an entirely new machine concept.
Lead time depends on the base platform, engineering scope, controls requirements, purchased components, and level of integration. Because engineering, fabrication, assembly, and support are coordinated from our Florida operation, we can provide a realistic project schedule once we understand the application.
IFS designs, fabricates, assembles, and supports its equipment from our Venice, Florida facility. Keeping engineering, manufacturing, and technical support closely connected helps us solve application challenges efficiently and support the equipment throughout its working life.
Our relationship does not end when the machine ships. IFS provides replacement parts, technical assistance, field service, and ongoing application support from a team that knows the equipment and the way it was engineered.
Tell us about your product, container, closure, target speed, production environment, and existing line. Our liquid packaging specialists will help determine whether a standard IFS machine can meet the requirement or whether a custom-engineered solution provides the better long-term value.
